If your product is damaged in transit or if your unhappy with your purchase in any way >>please contact me at info@dbldesigns.ca within 14 days of purchase.
Wear and tear over time is normal and is not a fault. Jewelry containing natural Gemstones should be handled, stored and cleaned carefully. If you find your jewels have a manufacture defect, we will be happy to repair.
If you find your jewelry showing some tarnish or patina -this is normal. This can happen over time with lots of wear. This means your favorite piece was shown some serious love!

All DBL Jewelry is made with love to order - we aim to ship items within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.
We ship via Canada Post and do like to allow 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Are you a local shopper? in the Lumsden, Sask. area we do offer a CONTACTLESS SAFE pick up at our studio as well!
Need your order rush? Express shipping is available at an additional charge. Please contact us at info@dbldesigns.ca with the subject RUSH ORDER to arrange for express options.
